For applying heat to relax or relieve soreness, a hot water bottle is often the go-to solution at home. This bottle is long enough to wrap around you, covering more area so you don’t have to frequently reposition it. The included cover has ties that secure the bottle to your body, leaving your hands free. The surface of the rubber bottle is textured to create air pockets that help maintain the temperature, providing up to six hours of warmth.
